Celebrate the 17th anniversary of our favorite operating system. There will be great food, a keg of beer, one or more Nintendo Wiis, possibly live music... etc. The cost will be $10 per person to cover the food and drink. You can pay at the next lug meeting, at the door, or via paypal to me. We need a headcount to know how much food to prepare (the menu will be suitable for vegetarians too!). Slow smoked bbq pork ribs, hoppin' john, collard greens, macaroni and
cheese, cornbread muffins and peach cobbler with vanilla Ice cream!!!!

These will be the best ribs you ever tried....maybe some chicken and pork...speak up if you want it.

For the Vegetarians:

Garden fresh okra sauteed with tomatoes and sweet onions, low-country
vegetarian hoppin' john, rice,  macaroni and cheese (for non-vegans),
vegetarian collard greens, cheddar jalepeno? cornbread muffins (for
non-vegans) Speak up if you want fresh fruit instead of the cobbler.
